Job satisfaction and employer‐sponsored training

چکیده

This article examines whether participation in employer-sponsored training has a causal impact on job satisfaction by accounting for individual fixed effects, individual-by-employer effects and controlling promotions sub-sample of the data to address endogeneity arising from within employer changes. The estimates show consistent, positive effect satisfaction. Conversely, other types does not have significant upon Additionally, strong, negative correlation with turnover even while Training exhibit lasting either or turnover.
